Every child is unique and will learn at his own pace. With time, it won't matter whether he was behind or ahead of the norm just so long as you love him and encourage him to be all that the Lord has called him to be. It "verbalises" so well what I feel is important to learn. I wonder if you could guide me on how to do this with a child who has mild Aspergers. I have been so stuck knowing what to do with a child who walks to his own drummer and, who, while he does like to listen and learn, can also be stubborn about learning what I am trying to teach.
