Why Should You Consider a Classical Home Education?
Modules 1-3 will give you the tools and information to consider whether an authentic classical home education is right for your family or not. As you you work through these modules, you will: (1) compare homeschooling methods, (2) complete a personal profile, and (3) determine your child's needs.
How Will You Reach Your Homeschooling Objectives?
Now it's time to write a strategic semester plan that will help you incrementally reach your homeschool dreams and academic objectives. As you work through the tasks of modules 4-6 you will: (1) assess mastery of three skills, (2) select homeschool curriculum, and (3) choose teaching methods.
What Progress Have You Made with the Homeschooling Plan?
Now that you've written a strategic semester plan, you'll need to go back periodically and see how you are doing. If you are like me, you probably overestimated all that could be accomplished, so don't fret when you go back to compare real-life to the plan if some goals were not met. You've got plenty of time to give your kids all that they need to succeed. Relax, and enjoy the journey! As you work through the tasks of modules 7-9, you will: (1) update mastery of three skills, (2) determine which ones still need more work , and (3) plan your celebration.
