What I Wish I Had Known Before I Started Homeschooling

Not having an elementary education degree (I have a B.S. in Accounting) sometimes left me stumped as to what k-12 teaching methods were effective and what content I should teach.  I felt like I was groping in the dark many days as I tried to cobble together teaching resources and refresh my own memory.  Surely if I knew back then when I was a student that I would one day be teaching, I would have paid more attention in class!

So when I “graduated” from homeschooling mom to homeschooling coach, one teaching resource on my wish-list was the teacher’s infographic.

In my minds-eye, I put together a handy topical reference library to serve as quick-start “talking points” for bright homeschool moms.

Here’s my first one, 12 Chemistry Facts Every Homeschool Teacher Should Know. These are the top 12 things you need to know about chemistry when planning your homeschool science curriculum.

I hope it blesses you, and please PIN it on pinterest, or share it with your facebook friends if you like it!  🙂
